Mobile Systems

Rotary Fan PressMobile Systems give you the flexibility to move where you need dewatering. Whether you have more than one facility, service other facilities, require backup portability or just need to save on the cost of building a new facility, we can provide a complete turnkey mobile system, with trailer sizes ranging from 14' to 53'. Unlike other equipment, in order to get higher throughputs, you do not need multiple trailers, over wide trailers or expensive customized frame construction. Skid Systems

Our skid mounted systems come factory-assembled, tested and ready for immediate operation. Each system is pre-engineered for easy integration into your facility’s system. These enclosed units offer high throughputs within a compact space. Work-ready, Skid System comes fully integrated for turnkey operations. No need to deal with multiple vendors for the installation of ancillary equipment. It’s all included. Pre-engineered, all you do is connect the pre-plumbed and pre-wired system and it’s ready to go.

Rotary Fan Press

Our Rotary Fan Press® is an effective liquid/solid separation system used for a variety of applications in multiple industries, including but not limited to Municipal, Industrial, and Food & Beverage. When biosolids enter the system, pressure increases as waste moves slowly through a tapered channel. Friction intensifies as the biosolids compress against two rotating filter screens. Filtrate takes the path of least resistance and drains through the screens. The dryness of the resulting biosolid cakes varies per application, but averages between 18–24 percent, with some applications achieving as high as 60 percent. In other words: Friction and pressure work together to create high percentage cake solids.
